Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa unless context requires otherwise.

• "olx23" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the olx23 online betting platform, accessible at https://olx23.bio, and its operators, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents.
• "User" / "you" / "your" — refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or places bets through the olx23 platform.
• "Account" — the personal account opened by a User upon successful completion of the olx23 registration process.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports outcome, sabung ayam (online cockfighting) market, or any other wagering product made available on the olx23 platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding any locked bonus funds not yet cleared through applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or any other incentive credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process conducted by olx23 in accordance with internationally recognised compliance standards.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" — the lawful currency of the Republic of Indonesia.
• "USDT" — Tether USD stablecoin, accepted on the TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks as a funding method on olx23.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all olx23 platform operations, draw times, and customer support hours.
• "Terms" — this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety, as updated from time to time by olx23.

To be eligible to open and maintain an olx23 Account, you must at all times satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are an individual natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of third parties).
2. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your account's active status.
3. You are accessing the olx23 platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting activity is not expressly prohibited for your personal use.
4. You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by olx23 or any other licensed gambling operator.
5. You are acting entirely on your own behalf and are not an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
6. You have not previously had an olx23 account permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
7. You are not an employee, contractor, or affiliate of olx23, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been granted by olx23 management.

olx23 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable period requested by olx23 may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding Balance pending investigation.

To place bets or access real-money games on olx23, you must register a personal Account. The following conditions apply to registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. Single account rule: Each individual may hold only one active olx23 Account at any time, regardless of the email address, device, IP address, or payment method used. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at olx23's discretion.
2. Accurate information: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested during registration. All information must be accurate and up to date at all times.
3. KYC verification: olx23 applies a KYC process to all accounts requesting withdrawals. You will be required to submit a clear copy of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) and, where requested, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address. Accounts that fail KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended pending resolution.
4. Account ownership: Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or otherwise assign your Account or any Balance within it to another person.
5. Account closure by user: You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting olx23 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of closure, subject to satisfactory KYC verification, will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your olx23 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time verification codes (OTP) sent to your registered device. The following obligations apply:

1. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
2. You must use a password that is unique to your olx23 Account and not reused across other online services.
3. You must notify olx23 support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your credentials.
4. olx23 will never request your full password by email, live chat, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team at once.
5. olx23 accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised Account access where you failed to maintain adequate credential security or where you shared your login details voluntarily.

olx23 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the security of your own device, browser, and network connection remains your responsibility.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. olx23 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal channels in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and USDT:

• Indonesian bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP
• Indonesian e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks)
• International cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available in your region)

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method and account verification status. olx23 reserves the right to update transaction limits without prior notice.

5.3 Processing Times. Deposits via Indonesian e-wallets and bank transfers are typically credited within minutes during standard banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–21:00 WIB). USDT deposits are credited upon confirmation of the required number of network confirmations. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 1–24 hours of approval for fully KYC-verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays including Idul Fitri, Lebaran, and Idul Adha.

5.4 Currency. All Rupiah transactions are denominated in IDR. USDT transactions are denominated in USD at the prevailing USDT/USD rate at the time of the transaction. olx23 does not charge internal currency conversion fees, but your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network may apply its own fees.

5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification. olx23 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. olx23 may delay or decline any withdrawal that triggers risk or compliance review protocols.

olx23 offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing account holders from time to time. The following general terms apply to all olx23 bonus offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement, which must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated at the time each bonus is offered.
2. One bonus per promotion: Unless explicitly stated, each promotion is available once per account, per household, per device, and per IP address. olx23 reserves the right to limit participation to one entry per individual where multiple accounts are detected.
3. Bonus expiry: Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire after the period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are removed from the Account without notice and cannot be reinstated.
4. Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino wagers, and slot games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
5. Abuse and misuse: olx23 reserves the right to void bonuses, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close accounts where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting against bonus terms, or any other form of fraudulent exploitation is detected. The determination of abuse rests solely with olx23.
6. Seasonal promotions: Promotional offers tied to Indonesian cultural events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the campaign and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on olx23 are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules of the product category in which the bet is placed (sportsbook, live casino, slots, virtual sports, sabung ayam, or togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery)). olx23 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has commenced or where a market was offered in error.

7.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the olx23 sportsbook are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted and recorded in the system. olx23 uses Asian handicap (voor bola) and European odds formats; the format displayed in your Account is determined by your account settings.

7.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the applicable settlement period, the discovery of a system pricing error, or evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets are returned to the Account Balance at the original stake amount.

7.4 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets at olx23 require a minimum of two selections. If one selection within a parlay is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection. All remaining rules governing parlay settlement are set out in the olx23 Sportsbook Rules document, which forms part of these Terms.

7.5 Disputed Settlements. If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with olx23 support within 72 hours of settlement. Disputes raised outside this window may not be investigated. olx23's decision on disputed settlements, following review of system records, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the olx23 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human interaction mechanism to access or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to achieve outcomes that would not arise in fair, independent play.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events offered on the olx23 sportsbook.
• Using funds in your olx23 Account for money laundering or any other financial crime as defined under applicable international anti-money laundering standards.
• Registering an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's Account without authorisation.
• Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content through any communication channel on the olx23 platform.

All content on the olx23 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain, website design, graphics, text, software, odds data, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of olx23 or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the olx23 platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from the olx23 platform without prior written consent.
• Use the olx23 brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in connection with any third-party product, service, or promotional material.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software component of the platform.

Any breach of the intellectual property terms in this clause entitles olx23 to immediately revoke your platform access and pursue all available legal remedies.

olx23 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling commitments by olx23 include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• olx23 does not sell personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as required for platform operation.
• All data transmitted between your device and olx23 servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting olx23 support, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

olx23 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all product categories. The following tools are available to all account holders free of charge and can be activated at any time through the Account settings dashboard or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit into your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based alerts that notify you of how long your current betting session has lasted.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login to the Account is disabled and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account for a minimum period of 6 months up to a maximum of 5 years. Requests for self-exclusion are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, olx23 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or delayed transaction processing;
• Errors in odds, game results, or settlement caused by third-party data feeds or software providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, howsoever arising.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes olx23's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by olx23. Where statutory consumer protection rights apply and cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain unaffected.

olx23's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

olx23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, olx23 will take reasonable steps to notify active account holders via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification. Changes to these Terms take effect 7 days after notification is issued, or immediately where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the olx23 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.

The version of these Terms currently in force is always available at https://olx23.bio/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which olx23 is licensed and regulated.

In the event of a dispute between you and olx23, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our support team. olx23 will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within 10 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed internationally recognised arbitration body. The seat of arbitration shall be determined by olx23 having regard to the nature of the dispute. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
